摘要
本文从计算机控制系统更新,自动吹炼技术开发,新的出钢技术和新型传感元件应用等四方面来说明日本转炉吹炼控制技术的进步。并具体列举一些钢厂实例和数据来说明取得的成果。最后提出转炉炼钢今后的发展趋向。
This paper illustrates the progress of the converter blowing control technique in Japan from the following four aspects: renewal of computer control system, development of automatic blowing technique, new technique of tapping molten steel, and application of new sensors. Moreover, the achievements obtained are illustrated by some examples and data of the plants. Finally, it indicates the tendency of development of the converter steelmaking from now on.
