日本血吸虫病与恶性肿瘤的关系研究

A Study on Relationship between Schistosomiasis Japonica and Malignancy

本文在血吸虫病严重流行的昆山县通过病例对照和回顾性定群研究,探讨血吸虫病与恶性肿瘤的关系。病例对照研究经单因素和多因素分析,均表明血吸虫病与胃癌、肝癌、大肠癌和胰腺癌之间存在一定的联系;回顾性定群研究结果表明,暴露于血吸虫病人群的胃癌、肝癌、大肠癌死亡率均显著高于非暴露人群。晚期血吸虫病与恶性肿瘤之间,存在更多部位和更强的联系。

A case-control study and a retrospective defined-population study were condu-cted in Kunshan County where the epidemic of schistosomiasis was serious, in orderto study the relationship betwee schistosomiasis and malignancy. By using monofa-ctor analysis the results of case-control study indicated that schistosomiasis wasassociated with stomach, liver, colorectal and pancreas cancers The results of retro-spective defined-population study indicated that the mortality of stomach, liver andcolorectal cancers in population infected with schistosomiasis was significantly higherthan those non-infected ones. It was also found there was strong relationship be-tween advanced schistosomiasis and malignancy in multiple organs.
