神经元特异性烯醇化酶抗血清对胺前体摄取脱羧细胞肿瘤诊断的价值

摘要 为了探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase,NSE)作为神经内分泌肿瘤标志物的价值,本文应用免疫酶组化技术对31例胺前体摄取和脱羧(Amino PrecursorUptake Decarboxylation,APUD)细胞肿瘤进行了抗NSE染色,结果表明所有APUD肿瘤均呈强度不等的阳性反应,敏感性达100%,而10例非APUD肿瘤中仅1例肺腺癌呈阳性染色,提示APUD肿瘤内含NSE,可作为病理学诊断的一个有用标记。 Thirty-one APUDomas were studied for the presence of immunoreactive neuron-specific enolase (NSE) to assess the value as a marker for neuroendocrine cell tu-mours by immunohistochemical technique. The results showed that all APUDomashave positive staining for NSE while non-APUDomas were negative with exception ofpositive staining in one lung adenocarcinoma. It is suggested that NSE was locatedwithin the cytoplasm of APUDomas cell. NSE may be used as an indicator ofAPUDomas in histologic diagnosis.
