摘要
应用以清热解毒、通腑利湿之品组成的中药方剂肝豆汤,治疗肝豆状核变性107例,取得显效9例,总有效率84.1%的良好疗效。实验室检查证明肝豆汤具有促进尿排铜最的作用。
All the cases were treated by Hepatolenticular Drink composing drugs ofclearing heat,detoxifying,dredging hollow—viscera,and eliminatingdampness.Nine caseswere markedly effective,and the total effectiveratewas 84.1%.Experiments revealed that Hepatolentic-ularDrinkpossesses the action of improving excretionof copper in urine.
