补肾活血法治疗老年原发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床观察

Observation on Senile Primary Thrombocytopenic Purpura Treated by Method of Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood—stasis

运用补肾活血为主的方药治疗老年原发性血小板减少性紫癜22例,显效5例,良效9例,进步6例,无效2例。随访疗效稳定持久,且无不良反应,各免疫指标和骨髓巨核细胞成熟等均有明显改善。

Twenty—two cases were treated with 5 cases markedly effective,9 cases fairly effective.6 cases improved.2 cases ineffective.The efficacy was stable,with nountoward reactions upon follow—up exam.All theimmunologic indexes and marrow megakaryocyteswere markedly improved.
