腰椎旋转手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的机理(附20例磁共振成像分析)

Lumbar-vertebrae-rotating manipulations for treating lumbar intervertebral disk hernia: An exploration of mechanism

采用腰椎旋转手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症20例,对治疗前后的磁共振成像检查结果进行了对比测量。结果显示治疗前后突出间盘的突出程度无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明手法并不能使突出的髓核还纳,而可能是因改变了突出髓核与受压神经根的位置关系而减轻或消除了突出髓核对神经根的压迫,达到消除临床症状的效果的。

Twenty cases of lumbar intervertebral disk bernia were treated by lumbarvertebrae-rotating maniplations, and the results of magnetic resonance image before and after treatment were measured and compared. The results showed no significant difference in the herniary degrees before and after treatment, indicating that the manipulations failed to reposit the protruded pulpiform nucleus. It is possible that they changed the position relation bestween the herniary nucleus and the compressed nerve root, alleviated and eliminated the compression of the nerve root by the herniary nucleus, and thus achieved the effect removing clinical symptoms.
