摘要
上海钢铁工业在1978～1988年间共完成了百万元以上的技改项目140余项,总投资为20亿元,这些技术改造的目的在于调整产品结构、提高产品质量和生产率。通过这些技术改造,使行业的技术水平和装备水平有了很大的提高。本文回顾了十年来技术改造的进程,强调了发展原材料基础工业的重要性和必然性,讨论了如何进一步发挥上海钢铁工业的集团优势,使其在国内外市场的竞争中,占据一定的地位。
During the period of 1978 to 1988, Shanghai iron & steel industry (excluding Baoshan Iron & Steel Complex and Meishan Metallurgical Co.) completed about 140 revamping projects which investment was over one million yuan in individual project and total investment was two billion yuan. The purpose of carrying out these technical revamping projects is to adjust product structure, improve product quality and increase productivity. By conducting these revamping projects, the technical and equipment level of our line has got much advanced.
The author reviews the process of 10-year technical revamping stresses the importance and necessity of developing raw material industry and discusses how to give further play to the group advantage of Shanghai iron & steel industry, enabling it to occupy certain position in home and foreign markets.
