钛热加工鳞皮电解去除过程探讨

摘要 钛热加工鳞皮经电击穿后,氧化层以剥落为主进入溶液,而吸气层则钝化溶解去除,以三价反应为主。击穿电位和氟浓度对去除过程有较大的影响。 The oxidation layer is peeled off into the electrolytic solution after through electric breakdown of the scales on hot worked titanium but the gas absorbing layer is removed by passivation dissolving process. Potential of electric breakdown and concentration of fluoric ions exercise a great influence on the electrolytic cleaning process.
