摘要
在不中断业务误码测量中,双极性违例(BPV)、帧比特错误、编码错误,通常被用来估计比特误码率、误码秒 ES、以及严重误码率秒 SES 等基本的误码性能参数。以往的基于帧比特错误的误码测量方法存在很多缺点,对各种参数只能作出较粗略的估计,满足不了置信度与测量误差的要求。本文提出了使用于抽样测量中的可变系数原理,并由此而引出了对以上参数进行估计的新的测量方法。数值结果表明,新的估计方法比以往的估计方法有很大的改进。
Bipolar voilations(BPV),framing errored bits,and coded-detected errors are commonly used to estimate the bit error ratios(BER)and the respective numbers of errored seconds (ES)and severely errored seconds(SES)that are fundamental parameters in characterizing the performance of digital transmission systems.Serious drawbacks of conventional estima- tion methods based on BPVs and framing errored bits are identified,these existing estimation schems only give us grass results that can not meet the requirments of the confident level and the accuracy.The theory of the coefficient of variation is proposed,and a new method for es- timating the number of errored seconds is discussed.A lot of results show that the new esti- mating method is much better than conventional methods.
