摘要
本文总结了十年来上海对Ⅲ—Ⅴ族化合物半导体的材料、特性应用和物理化学方面的研究与发展概况,并展望了其前景。
Research work and development affained in the Ⅲ-Ⅴ group compoundsof Shanghai in the last decade are reviewed with reference to materials pre-pared,application of their special characteristics and their physico-chemicalbehaviors.The prospects of Ⅲ-Ⅴ group compounds of Shanghai are heralded.
