可化舒治疗恶性胸水的疗效观察

Treatment of Malignant Hydrothorax with Co-Parvax

本文报道采取闭式胸腔引流装置注入可化舒的方法治疗恶性胸水32例。对其中10例病人在注药前后用电镜观察胸水细胞超微结构变化。总有效率达87.5％。对于晚期癌症伴胸水患者,此法可改善生活质量,延长生存期。

Thirty-two cases with malignant hydrothorax were treated by Co-Parvax fromApril 1990 to March 1992. The total effective rate was 87.5%. The improvement oflife quality and the prolonged survival of the patients were observed. Under the elec-tronic microscope inhibited and killed tumor cells were found.
