摘要
本文报道了长江上游鱼类粘孢子虫13种,其中新种4种,即重庆两极虫,新种,Myxidium chungkingensis sp.nov.,吻(鱼句)两极虫,新种Myxidium thinogobionis sp.nov.,异态碘泡虫,新种Myxobolus heteromorpha sp.nov.,重庆碘泡虫,新种Myxobolus chungkingensis sp.nov.
In summer 1960,14 species of Myxosporidia of freshwater fishes from the upper Changjiang River were collected, this paper reported on them. 9 species of them were known previously, i. e. Myxidium pfeifferi Auerbach, Myxobolus bilis Achmerov, Myxobolus pseudorasborae Achmerov, Myxobolus rotundatus Thelohan, Myxobolus macrocapsularis Reuss, Thelohanellus hovorkae Achmerov,and the other 4 species are new to science and their characteristics are summarized as follows:
1. Myxidium chungkingense sp. nov. (fig. 5-8)
Parasitic in gill of Cyprinus(Cyprinus) carpio Linnaeus. Its cyst is round and white,14-160 in diameter. The spores are elliposoidal in thecal view and sutural view. Shell-vall with 5 - 7 line. Sutural ridge straight. Polar capsules pyriform or near round at both ends of spores. Dimension of preserved(5%F. ) spores:Length 15. 2(16. 2-17. 6) microns,width 6. 5(5. 9-7. 4) microns,thickness 4. 8(4. 0-6. 0) microns,polar capsules 5. 5(5. 0-6. 0) by 3. 1(2. 5-3. 5) microns.
The new species resembles Myxidium hupehensis Chen et Hsih, 1984, but differs from the latter being shape and dimension of the spore.
2. Myxidium rhinogobionsi sp. nov. (fig. 9-12)
Parasitic kney of Rhinogobie ventralis Sauvage et Dabry. Its cyst is round or ovoidal and yellow, 114. 6 or 130. 9 by 98. 2 microns in dimension. The spores are fusiform in thecal view and sutural view,sutural ridge straight. Dimension of spores:Length 12(11. 3-12. 1) microns,width 3. 3 (3. 1-3. 7) microns,thickness 2. 7(2. 2-3. 0) microns,polar capsules 3. 3(3. 0-3. 7) by 2. 0 (1. 5-2. 2) microns.
This new species resembles Myxidium pfeifferi Auerbach. 1908.M. rhodei leger,1905,but differs from the latter being shape and dimensions of the spores. 3. Myxobolus heteromorpha sp. nov. (fig. 25-29) Parasitic kney and heart of Cyprinus(Cyprinus) carpic Linnaeus,320-400 o 800 by 640 microne in cyst' dimension. The spores are elliposoidal in thecal view,with 2-3 pyriform polar capsules. Sporoplasm has an iodophilic vacuole. Dimension of preserved(in 5%F. ) speres: Length 10. 9 (9. 1-11. 8) microns,width 9. 5(8. 8-10. 3) microns,thickness 5. 7(5. 0-7. 0) microns,polar capsules 5. 2(4. 4-5. 9) by 3. 6(2. 9-4. 4) microns.
This new species closely resembles Myxobolus polymorspous Chen et Hsih, 1960,but differs from the latter beings shape of spores,2-3 polar capsules and dimensions of spores.
4. Myxobolus chungkingensis sp. nov. (fig. 48-50)
Parasitic gill of Xenocypris fangi Tchang. Its cyst is elliposoidal and white,500 by 300 in dimension. The spores are 'egg'-shaped or elliposoidal in thecal view,'egg'-shaped in sutural view and end view,shell-valves with 3-5 folds. Two 'egg'-shaped polar capsules,unequal,sporoplasm has an iodophilic vacuole. Dimensions of preserved(5%F. ) spores: Length 8. 9(8. 8-9. 6) microns width 7. 7(7. 4-8. 8) microns,thickness 4. 3(4. 3-6. 0) microns,large polar capsules 4. 5(4. 1-4. 6) by 2. 6(2. 0-2. 9) microns,small polar capsules 2. 6(2. 5-3. 0) microns.
The new species resembles Myxobolus niei Schuman, but differs from the latter being shape and dimension of spores.
