新型强化传热管——抑泡孔管的管束传热实验

摘要 实验研究了抑泡孔管管束的排列方式、管间距、加热管子根数、热负荷大小、沸腾工质物性等因素对抑泡孔管管束沸腾传热性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,抑泡孔管束与光管束、低肋管束的沸腾传热性能截然不同,而与机加工多孔管束和烧结粉末表面管束有某些相似之处。管束中的沸腾管数增加,有轻微恶化传热的趋势;高负荷时这种趋势更明显;管间距直径比的变化对管束特性影响不显著;乙醇为工质时,管束排列方式和热负荷大小等对沸腾传热的影响甚微。 The researches were given to the influence,with the tube arrangement,the intertube space.the number of heating tubes.the difference of heat flux and the working liquids,on boiling heat transfer in a tube bundle. The experimental results showed that the performance of a PTRB bundle is slightly worse than that of a single PTRB tube for water and is nearly the same for ethanol. The increase of heating tubes results in a slight deterioration which is more obvious for the upper tubes and high heat fluxes with water. In general,the heat transfer coefficient of a PTRB bundle is 2 times higher than that of a smooth tube bundle.
