空气预热对燃烧器能力的影响研究

Study of Effects of Air Preheating on Burner Capability

通过实验分析了预热空气使燃烧器能力下降的机理;找出了几种典型燃烧器的实际燃烧能力下降系数之值,该值与一般设计手册上提供的数据相差甚大,并分析了设计手册上的数据不适用的原因。

In this paper,the mechanism of preheated air to decrease the capability of burner was studied by the experiments.and the decreasingcoefficients of actual burning ability of several typical burners were found out. The values of coefficient obtained are quite different from that provided by designing handbooks,the reason why the values provided by handbook are unpractical was analysed. This paper provides a theoretical basis for reasonably selecting hot air burner.
