摘要
对一种新型流化床热处理电炉的流化特性,热态升温特性及电特性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:所设计的等压风室利于降低布风板压降;适当配比的流化粒子可提高流化床的流化质量;整个热处理炉升温速度快,污染小,大幅度节电,具有较好的炉温均匀性和等电位性。
This paper studied the characteristics of fluidization ,eating up and electricity on a new-type fluidized bed heat treatment resistance furnace. The experimental results showed that: the uniform-pressure wind room designed can decrease the pressure drop across the distributor; the appropriate mixed fluidized particle can increase the fluidization quality;This heat treatment furnace is of the characteristics of a high heating up velocity .less pollution .high economization on electricity.and good homogeneity of temperature and electric potential.
