利用煤矸石研制新型水泥

摘要 利用重庆中梁山煤矿的洗煤矸石为水泥生产的原料和燃料,配以一定比例的石灰石和矿化剂,粉磨成球后,在流化床锅炉中煅烧生产新型煤矸石水泥。研究结果表明,利用煤矸石流化床煅烧水泥是可行的,水泥强度可达425~#。 Cation tannin flocculant was prepared with Mannich reaction. A great many tests showed that primary factors affecting the Mannich reaction are stock ratio, pH value, solvent water weight for use, reaction temperature and time. The optimum reaction condition was established with the quadrature test method. Beaker test demonstrated that the tannin flocculant compounds with other flocculants to treat drilling well waste water to decrease treatment cost and improve treatment effect.
