摘要
本文以建筑工程设计方案的评选为研究对象,从系统的观点出发,分析了在建筑设计方案评选时需考虑的诸多因素,并根据建筑设计系统所具有的多因素、多目标、多功能和多层次等特点,提出了一种简便易行的综合评选方法,为决策者优选设计方案提供了科学的依据。
This paper discusses the evaluation method of building design plan with the view of systematization and presents factors concerning building design plan. According to characteristics of multifactor, multipurpose, multifunction and multi-administrative levels in building design system, this comprehensive evaluation method provides a scientific basis for policymakers.
