摘要
港航工程评标是一个集技术、经济、安全、管理等多门学科于一体的综合问题。本文通过实例,介绍了用灰色关联原理进行评标的量化模式,可供工程评标应用。
Bid evaluation in port and waterway engineering is a comprehensive problem including subjects such as technology, economics, safety and management. This paper introduces quantity model for bid evaluation by using Grey correlation principle. Examples are also given.
