摘要
医源性因素是在医疗处理过程中形成的对疾病预后不利的情况,这些因素能通过医务人员的足够重视而尽量避免。本文通过对105例乳腺癌术后复发和转移病例资料的分析,提出治疗计划不周密、操作技术不严格,是影响乳腺癌术后复发和转移的两大医源性因素。
Iatrogenic factors are adverse conditions in a patient as the result of treatment by a physician or surgeon and can be avoid if the attention has been paid seriously. In this paper, 105 casts of postoperative recurrence and/or metastasis of breast cancer were analysed. The results showed that the inconsiderate treatment plan and improper operation ware majar iatrogenic factors for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in breast cancer
