脑转移瘤CT诊断(98例分析)

CT DIAGNOSIS OF CEREBRAL METASTASIS

本文收集了1984～1991年间,在我院诊治的98例脑转移瘤和CT误诊为脑转移瘤的10例共108例进行分析,这些病例都经病理证实或临床验证。作者提出了脑转移瘤的典型和非典型CT表现。

Ninty-eignt cases ot cereural metastasis ana oiner 10 cases incorrectly diagnosed with CT treated in our hospital from 1984-1991 were analyzed.All 108 cases were proved by pathology or clinical observation. The typical CT findings and some atypical CT manifestations of cerebral metasteasis, and the CT findings of other tumors or non-tumorous lesions in the brain which may mimic the CT features of the cerebral metastasis were presented
