蛤蚧对大鼠性器官重量及生殖激素水平影响的初步观察

A PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION ON THE G.gecko's EFFECT ON WEIGHT OF SEX ORGAN AND THE LEVELS OF REPRODUCTIVE HORMONES IN RATS

蛤蚧乙醇提取液可使18月龄大鼠子宫卵巢重量增加22.73%、血中雌二醇(E_2)水平增高170.38％和卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平降低19.91%,与对照组相比均有显著差异(分别P<0.05或p<0.01)。在动情周期的不同阶段,上述三指标的变化率也有所差异。作者认为,实验结果提示蛤蚧提取液具有雌激素样作用,能直接作用于外周性器官组织,引起卵巢分泌E_2水平增高。

The changes in the weight of rat's sex organ and serum estrogen (E2) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels after injecting the elhanol extract of G-ecko (a kind of Chinese Medicinal Herb) were observed. The results indicate that G.gecko may increase the weight of rat's ovary and uterus (P<C0.05), and significantly elevate the level of Ei(P<0.01) and decrease the level of FSH(P<0.05). When the G.gccko extract was given at the different phases in oestrous cycle, the changes of the three items mentioned above were different. We consider that G, gecko may directly , act on the sex organs, promote the ovary to secrete more E3 and in turn product a negative feedback to depress the FSH secretion
