摘要
为探讨Fogarty导管的气囊直径大小及导管通过血管腔次数多少与动脉及静脉管壁急性损伤的关系,以14只犬为对象,研究了当Fogarty导管气囊直径分别等于血管直径的1、1.5及2倍、导管通过血管腔1、2及3次时,该导管对犬腹主动脉及下腔静脉管壁所致的超微结构损伤改变。根据超微结构改变将损伤分为轻(Ⅰ)、中(Ⅱ)和重(Ⅲ)度三种。结果显示:气囊直径愈大、导管通过血管腔次数愈多,气囊对动脉和静脉内膜及肌层的损伤愈重。但大多数血管损伤(特别是动脉)局限于内膜层。在同样实验条件下。
Experiments were performed on 14 dogs to investigate the correlation of diameter of the Fogarty catheters' balloon and cumber of times of passing caiheters t-hrough vessel with severith of acute, damage to arterial and venous walls. We studied the ultrastructure changes of damage to abdominal aoria and inferior vena cava casued by ';he Fogarty balloon catheters on dogs, when balloon diameter war-e equal to 1.5 and 2 times the calibres of vessel and the number of times of catheters passing through vessel was once, twice and three times respectively. Based on the ultrastructure changes, we divided damages into mild( I ), moderated) a-nd severe( I )degrees. The results indicated that the larger the balloon diameter was and the more frequently the catheter passed, the more severe the damage 10 昦rterial and venous intima and media appered. But damage to most vessel (especially artery) was within the limits of intima. On same experimental conditions, damage to vein was more severs than that to artery
