本文对我院遗传咨询门诊八年中,发现的先天愚型212例进行临床和染色体核型分析,其中标准型占91.50%,易位型占4.25%,嵌合型占4.25%
Two hundred and twelve rases of Down syndrotae were diagnosed in our hospital among the families for genetic consultation from 1985 to 1592. The chromosome pattern was analysed in all cases.91.5%, 4.25%, 4,25% were the. simple trisomy 21, transloration and mosaic, respectively
