摘要
本实验采用D-氨基半乳糖(GaCN)诱致大鼠FHF模型,旨在观察肝、肾组织中MDA含量、SOD活性及血清SGPT动态变化及外源性补充SOD和CAT后的结果和影响。注射GaCN后6h、12h、24h、48h、肝组织MDA和血清GDT呈持续显著升高,而SOD有逐渐下降趋势,肾组织MDA和SOD的变化均较肝组织出现晚而轻。结果提示。自由基参与GaCN FHF形成。
In this present study the dynamic changes ot the level of malondialdehyde (MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver and kidney and the value of SGPT in plasma of the experimental Fulminant Hepatic Failure-(FHF) rats, as well as the effects and influences of SOD and CAT given parente rally in FHF model rats were observed. Our results revealed that after the formation of FHF the level of MDA in liver and the value of SGPT in plasma were markedly elevated, the activities of SOD in liver was decreased graduaally but the change of the values determined in the kidney was not so notable as compared with those in the liver. According to our data the FHF rats revealed no-positive response to the administration of SOD and CAT.It is suspected that the action of Hpid peroxidation mediated by free radicals might take part in the formation of FHF and probably develop a distant effect of the injury on the kidney
