短疗程口服酮康唑治疗甲癣

A SHORT-TERM ORAL KETOCONAZOLE IN ONYCHOMYCOSIS

分别用200mg/d和400mg/d的酮康唑口服治疗甲癣28例,疗程1月,疗效分别为89.4%和88.8%,两组间无明显差异。作者结合文献进行了讨论。

Twenty-eight cases of onychomcosis were treated with oral keto-conazole 200mg or 400mg once daily for one month. The results showed that the effective rate mas 89.4% and 88.8% respectively, and the two dosages had no obvious difference in effect. After disscussion and article review, the authors thought that keto-conazole oral administration at 200mg/day for one month was a feasible option for onychomycosis
