摘要
本文测定了四氯化碳所致肝昏迷大白鼠组织的锌含量及~65Zn在其体内的保留,结果为肝昏迷大白鼠脑、肝组织锌含量显著下降(P<0.05)心、肾组织无显著变化,~65Zn的保留与对照一致。
The zinc concentrations and the 65Zn retained in somo tissues oftherats with he p-atic coma induced by CC14 were measured, the results were that compared with c-ontrol zinc concentrations in the brains and livers of the rats with hepatic coma decreased significantly, those in hearts and kindeys were no difference, and that 65Zn retained in the tissues of the rats with hepati; coma were similar to that of the control. The relationship between the result and hepatic coma were discussed
