低免疫球蛋白G血症替代治疗疗效观察

THE OBSERVATION ON THE EFFICIENCY OF INTRAVENOUSIMMUNOGLOBVLIN THERAPY IN HYPOIMMUNOGLOBULEMIA

采用国产低pH静脉注射两种球蛋白200～400mg/kg，每月一次，替代治疗19例免疫球蛋白G（IgG）亚类缺陷病和1例常见变异型免疫缺陷病。结果示治疗后血清IgG及其亚类达同龄正常儿童水平；临床症状明显改善，表现为感染期缩短、因病缺课时间减少、家长因患儿缺勤时间亦明显减少。静脉注射丙种球蛋白无不良副反应，疗效显著，方法简便，是治疗伴有IgG亚类缺陷的反复呼吸道感染的新疗法。

19 immunoglobulin G(IgG) subclass deficient and 1 common various immunodeficienct children were treated by using low pH intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) 200~400mg/kg, per month, The results shown that after IVIG therapy, serum IgG and IgG subclass levels reached agermatched normal range. The clinical improvement was significant including decreased duration of infections, shorten absence of classroom and reduced the time for parents out of their work. There is no side -effect to be found. IVIG therapy is a effective, simple for use, new therapeutics for recurrent respiratory tract infectious children associated with IgG subclass deficiency.
