卡肌宁对中风病人术中血钾的影响

Effect of atracurium on intraoperative serum potassium levelsof patients suffering from stroke

中风病人常常在全麻下行颅内血肿清除术。我们观察了全麻时应用的某些肌肉松弛药对中风病人术中血钾浓度的影响。结果表明：中风病的血钾浓度往往是偏高的，卡肌宁并不进一步增高中风病人的血钾浓度，且能轻微地降低其血钾浓度。因此我们认为中风病人在全麻条件下行颅内血肿清除术时，其肌肉松弛药的选择宜采用卡肌宁。

Patients suffering from stroke are often operated on for intracranial haematoma under general anesthesia. We observed that some skeletal muscular relaxants affected the level of serum potassium concentration of patients is often in higher level, atracurium did not increase serum potassium concen- tration of patients with stroke and can slightly reduced the concentration. Therefore we cousidered that choice of skeletal muscular relaxant should be atracuium when stroke patient is operated on for in- tracranial haematoma under general anesthesia.
