七种常用杀虫剂对菜缢管蚜毒力测定

BIOASSAY OF SEVEN INSECTICIDES ON TURNIP APHIDS

本试验用乐果、辛硫磷、杀灭菊酯、氯氰菊酯、好年冬、辟蚜雾和鱼藤精等7种常用杀虫剂对广东5个市县的菜缢管蚜进行毒力测定。试验结果说明不同用药水平地区的蚜虫种群抗药性有差异。并筛选出3种较高效杀虫剂。

Seven insecticides including dimethoate, phoxim, fenvalerate, cypermethrin, marshal, perimicarb, derris extract were used to bioassay on turnip aphid, Lipaphis erysimi (kaltenbach) in the districts of Guangzhou, Shengzhen, Yingde, Jiaoling and Meixian, in Guangdong Province. The results showed that the resistance of the turnip aphids to the insecticides varied from the different districts and the order of the resistance was:Guangzhou>Shengzhen>Yingde>Jiaoling>Meixian. Three insecticides such as marshal, perimicarb and derris controlling effectively the turnip aphids were reported in the paper.
