摘要
讨论并分析了四种固体磨粒(铁、粉尘、二硫化钼及铜)对密封轴承寿命及锂基润滑脂失效的影响。提出了在125°C左右的高温和3000r/min的条件下,磨损失效行为主要受控于化学劣化。而在较低温度下则主要以磨粒磨损为主。还结合失效现象及磨损行为,探讨了在高温下固体磨损与轴承表面等作用而形成表面固体润滑膜及抑制润滑介质的可能性。
Influence of four kinds of abrasive particles( iron, dust, molybdenum disulphide and copper) on sealed bearing life and lithium base grease failure is discussed and analyzed.It is indicated that wear failure behavior in the condition of about 125℃ high temperature and 3000 r/min is mainly determined by chemical deterioration, whereas abrasive wear is predominant in solid lubricant films formed by the interaction of abrasive wear and bearing contact surfaces under high temperature and inhibited oxidation of lubricating medium are discussed.
