圆锥外圈滚道凸度的磨削

摘要 磨削圆锥外圈滚道时,由于滚道锥角的存在,故当砂轮一次进给、工件旋转一周后,被磨削的材料体积曲线为抛物线,其斜率为直线,且越接近滚道大端,被磨削的材料体积越多,相应地砂轮磨损也越多,滚道母线形状发生变化。砂轮往复中心对滚道宽度中心的偏移量和砂轮往复行程长度也对滚 When grinding cup raceways, because of cup raceway angle , the ground material curve is a parabola , and its slope is a linear after the grinding wheel feeds a time and the workpiece rotates a revolution . With approach to large end of raceway , more material of the workpiece will be ground, and more grinding wheel will be worn, which cause the form of raceway generatrix to vary . The devjant of reci, procating centre of grinding wheel from the center of raceway width and the length of reciprocating stroke of grinding wheel have influence on cup raceway crowning and its position deviation .
