摘要
对一种新型高温、高速渗碳轴承钢(10Cr4Ni-4Mo4V)的性能作了详细介绍。该钢在伪渗碳状态下的断裂韧性K_(IC)在45MPa·m^(1/2)以上,比Cr4Mo4V钢高一倍多,疲劳裂纹扩张速率比Cr4Mo4V约低一个数量级,常温及高温接触疲劳寿命均高于Cr4Mo4V。10Cr4Ni4Mo4V钢渗层中存在较高的残留压应力,碳化物细小且呈均匀弥散分布。
The properties of a new type of high temperature and
high speed carburizing bearing steel (10Cr4Ni4Mo4V) are introduced in detail in this paper. The fracture toughness (KIC) of the steel in pseudo-carburizing condition is over 45 MPa.ml/2 and one time higher than that of Cr4Mo4V steel. Its fatigue crack grouwth rate is lower than that of Cr-4Mo4V steel by a factor of ten. Its contact fatigue lifes under normal atmospheric temperature and high temperature are both higher than that of Cr4Mo4V steel. There are high compressive residual stress and evenly dispersed fine carbides in its carburized layer.
