摘要
采用以振动、摩擦力矩和额定动负荷为目标函数的微型轴承多目标函数优化计,替代仅追求额定负荷或寿命要求的单目标函数微型轴承优化计,使微型轴承的设计更加合理,更加符合实际应用的需要。文中建立了多目标函数优化设计的数字模型和优化模型,并用随机的约束优化法对608ZE微型轴承进行多目标函数优化设计。
In miniature rolling bearing design , in contract to conventional
single-objective optimization design, which only considers the load rating (or life), multi-objective optimization design,that is, Vibration, frictional torque and load rating are combined together as multi-objectives , is more practical and reasonable . The mathematical model is established for multi-objective optimization in the paper . As an example, the optimization design for 60822 bearings is obtained using the random restraint method.
In the paper a multi-objective optimization design replaces the single-objective one in miniature rolling bearing design . The multi-objective optimization design, including vibration, frictional torque 'and dynamic load rating , will make the design more reasonable . The mathematical model and optimum method are buklt up, as an example, the design for 60922 bearing is made by use of the random restaint optimum method。
