磨削圆锥滚子外径时,螺旋轮的截形角δ通常近似地等于滚子的锥角2α,或者根据滚子的长度、直径和螺旋轮的平均半径等参数近似求值。为了提高滚子加工质量,对δ角应作更精确的求解。文中给出了δ角的简化求解式和趋近求解式,前者适用于α<4°的圆锥滚子,后者适用于α>5°的圆锥滚子。附图3幅,表2个,参考文献2篇。

It is important to determine the angle δ of the screw wheel when grining the outer diameter of taper rollers. This paper has given us a simplify method of calculation δ and a near equation of evaluating it .
