介绍一种由微机控制,用步进电机带动传动机构进行保持架分度冲窗的新技术。冲窗精度比机械机构分度高,等分差可控制在0.1mm以内,无积累误差、斜槽等机械机构的缺陷。附图5幅。
This paper introduce a new gradution technology
which is used to punch holls of bearing cage. The machine is controlled by minicomputer and drived by stepmotor. Its punching accuracy is higher compared with mechanical construction, the graduated deviation-is under 0.1mm and the accumulated error and chute are absent.
