密封轴承内沟和密封槽成形车刀

摘要 为适应两面带密封圈的180205轴承内圈沟道和密封槽在自动线上一次车削成形,设计了硬质合金成形车刀,采用圆体成形刀结构,有3个可转位的切削刃,后角α_0=3°~5°,前角γ_0=8°~10°,对车刀的廓形设计作了介绍。刀片钎焊的特点是,在刀片与刀体间放有紫铜片,可降低焊接应力.避免刀具裂纹。附图9幅。 In order to once-through fromturning the inner raceway and seal grooves of double sealed ball bearing 180205 on a automatic production line,the hard alloy form-turning tools are designed, they are of cylinder structure and with three rotable blades in which the latter angle α0 = 3°-5°, the forner angle r0 = 8°-10°.To reduce weld stress and avoid tool bits cracking, the bit and body of tool are welded together. The paper also introduces the outline design of from-turning tools.
