摘要
润滑油中水和氧的存在会加速轴承的疲劳破坏。试验结果表明,润滑油中即使存在0.01％(wt.％)的水,也会引起轴承疲劳寿命的显著下降;氧对轴承疲劳寿命的影响较小。就润滑油中水和氧对轴承疲劳寿命的影响机理进行了分析。附图2幅,表2个,参考文献11篇。
Water and oxygen in lubricant will reduce bearing fatigue life. The test results show that bearing fatigue life can be remarkably reduced even, though the water content is up to 0.01 %, and oxygen content in lubricant has little influence on bearing fatigue life. The influence mechanism of water and oxygen in lubricant on bearing fatigue life is analyzed in the paper.
