摘要 开发了一种中碳低合金耐磨钢.在同样的磨损条件下(湿砂磨料磨损、冲击磨料磨损及腐蚀磨损),本钢种的抗磨性和抗腐蚀磨损性能均优于普通低合金钢、中锰钢及高锰钢.它可以代替高锰钢用于制造易磨损件,尤其适用于制造湿式球磨机衬板类铸件. A newtype of low-alloyed medium carbon wear resistant cast steel is presented in this paper. Under the same wear conditions (wet sand-abrasion wear, dynamically loaded abrasion wear and corrosive wear), the wear and wear corrosive-resistant performance of the steel mentioned is higher than that of common low-alloy cast steel, medium manganese cast steel and high manganese cast steel. The new cast steel can be used to produce easily worn parts, expecially wet mill liners, in place of Hadfield steel.
