碲锑球墨铸铁的力学性能与抗汽蚀性能关系的研究

通过合金化试验,研究了微量锑碲加到球墨铸铁中对球墨铸铁的组织和性能的影响规律、特别是力学性能与抗汽蚀性能的关系.并用SEM观察分析了这种合金球墨铸铁的汽蚀形貌、汽蚀裂纹萌生及扩展特性.

In this paper, the effect of trace Te and Sb added into ductile iron on the structure and mechanical properties and the relationship between the mechanical properties and captation erosion resistance have been studied by alloying technique. The cavitation morphology and the initiation and propagation of cavitation crack of alloy ductile iron were also analysed by using SEM.
