摘要
采用SEM,EPA,X光衍射等检测手段,研究了钢水与面砂材料间相互作用的显微结构和烧结过程,揭示了铬矿砂抗金属渗透机理.研制出以棕刚玉砂为主的复合砂,经浇注试验证明,棕刚玉复合砂可以代替铬矿砂生产厚大铸钢件.
It is of importance to usa domestic materials of facing sand instead of imported chiomite sand in production of heavy steel castings. The micros-tructure and sintering process of interface betwean molten steel and chromite sand were studied and thus mechanism of metal penetration-resisting proper-ty of chromite sand were revealed, the compound sand based on brown corundum was successfully developed. It was proved that it can be used for producing heavy steel castings as substitutive materials for cbromite sand.
