硅对铁铬镍商温合金性能的影响

摘要 使用工业生产用原料,在中频感应炉中熔炼钢水,石英砂干型内浇注,制取27组铁铬镍合金试样.对其在1250℃、空气中的氧化和短时间高温抗拉强度进行了研究,结果表明,上述条件下,在铁铬镶合金中添加2.00~3.00%Si是必要的;该合金在1250℃时,晶界对其强度为制约因素;铬量一定时,硅通过对碳活度的影响而使合金性能产生明显变化. The high-temperature tensile tests at air oxidizing atmospheie of 12501C were performed on 27 speciments of Fe-Cr-Mi alloy produced by medium-frequency induction furnace melting and dry sand mould. The experimental results showed that the addition of 2.0~3.0% Si to the alloy is necessary because its high-temperature properties are dependent on grain boudaty. At certain, chiomium level the alloy's properties are increased pronouncedly through effect of silicon on carbon activity.
