摘要
研究了KT350—10可锻铸铁激光熔融处理后的组织和显微硬度,结果表明,其组织可分为熔化区和过渡区两层.熔区中残留的石墨周围在本试验条件下,存在着双壳层组织.在变态莱氏体中,渗碳体呈树枝晶状分布.
The structure and microhardness of malleable cast iron of type KT350-10 after laser processing was introduced. The result showed that the micro-structure may be divided into two layers: remelted layer and transitted layer. There exists double-shell structure around the retained temper-carbon graphite in the remelted layer, ccmentites in modified ledeburite have dendritic morphology.
