摘要 研究了用低铬白口铸铁制作的φ8mm小型磨球的组织与性能,以取代广泛使用的同种规格的轴承钢磨球.结果表明,这种小型铸铁磨球的硬度达HRC62—66,比轴承钢磨球高约3个硬度单位,冲击疲劳寿命比轴承钢球高2~3倍,在干磨和湿磨两种三体磨损条件下,相对抗磨性指数分别达到0.97和0.85,而售价约可下降1/3. The structure and properties of ф8mm small mill balls were investigated with low-chromium white cast iron which was used to replace bearing steel balls. The results of experiments shows that higher hardness (HRC 62~66) is achieved for the small cast iron mill balls, its service life of impact fatigue is higher than that of bearing steel by 2 - 3 times, the relative abrasion-resistance index of low-chromium cast iron mill 'balls is 0.97 and 0.85 under dry and wet abrasion conditions respectively, but the selling price can be reduced one third.
