摘要 以带凹槽圆筒形铸钢件为对象,应用有限元结构分析软件ABAQUS,建立了凝固过程三维温度场和热应力场的分析软件,提出了铸钢件缩孔(松)和热裂的判据,并指出采用高导热能力和低弹性模量芯砂是防止铸钢件热裂的有效措施.计算机预测缩孔(松)和热裂倾向性与实际浇注结果一致.探讨了用呋喃树脂砂芯生产铸钢件产生热裂的机制. The technique of analysis of 3-dimensional temperature fields and thermal stress fields in solidification process for grooved cylindrical steel castings has been established using the structured analysing softwares of universal finite element (ABAQUS). The effective measures for preventing steel castings from hot tearing when using furanbonded core sands were proposed. The criteria of shrinkage (porosity)and hot tearing was also suggested. The computed predition of shrin-kage(porosity)and hot tearing tendency of steel castings agrees well with the results of practical pouring. The mechanism of hot tearing of steel castings in conditions of furan-resin sand cores was discussed.
