摘要 以石膏粒子作填料,用加压渗流铸造法研制出具有三维通孔,孔隙规则圆整的泡状铝合金材料,作为填料的石膏粒子经20%碳酸钠溶液和30%醋酸溶液以及超声波脱溶处理后,使铝合金泡状表面光洁,孔隙率达72%. The gypsum particles employed as a filler, the foam aluminium alloy with regular and round shaped 3-dimensional pores was produced using casting around granules under pressure. The gypsum particles as a filler are treated in a solution of 20% soda and 30% acetic acid as well as ultrasonic ware, the smooth and clean surface of the foam aluminium alloys was obtained and the poriness of up to 72% was reached.
