自动找平技术是滑模式水泥混凝土摊铺机的关键技术,而自动找平传感器是自动找平系统最重要的部件,它的性能直接影响到摊铺机的整机性能及铺筑路面的质量。本文在分析研究摆式横坡传感器的基础上,提出了一种新型的比例脉宽调制式电传感器方案。

The autoset leveling technique is a key technique in slipform concrete paver design, and the autoset leveling sensors are the most important part in autoset leveling system, its features affect the overal features and pavement quality directly. Based on analysing the pendulum type transvers autoset leveling sensors, a new conception of propotional pulse width modulation electronic sensor was presented in this paper.
