复合半圆形簿板内含Ⅲ型边裂缝问题

摘要 采用梅林(Mellin)变换与福利叶(Fourier)级数的基本理论,对两种同性匀质材料所组成的复合半圆形薄板,内含Ⅲ型边裂缝的应力强度因子,本文巳经找到了它的准确解。对于同类的边裂缝问题,在任意载荷作用下的结果,均可作为本文的特例而导出。另外,我们在文中还发现了一个有价值的结论:由两类不同材料所组成的复合半圆形薄板内含Ⅲ型边裂缝问题的应力强度因子与材料的相异性无关。相信这个新结论对设计者是很重要的。 Making use of the basic theorem of Mellin transform and Fourier series, the exact solution to the stress intensity factor of Mode Ⅲ of a two-layered composite in a semi-circular plate containing an interfacial edge crack has been found in this paper. The problems of the same Mode edge crack in a semi-circular plate are all special eases of the general solution in this study. In addition, we shall find a valuable conclusion, The stress intensity factor of this problem is independent of material constants. It is believed that the new conclusion is very important for designers.
