摘要
本文在综述硫酸镁物理、化学性质的基础上,系统地研究了硫酸镁对以高岑土为填料的石膏型混合料组织及性能的影响。实验表明:适量硫酸镁对混合料浆体起促凝作用。其特点是显著缩短了初凝至终凝的时间间隔;使混合料硬化体的烘干强度增高几倍。对熔烧后的强度亦有提高;添加硫酸镁使混合料硬化体的线收缩率略有增大。本文还详细分析了硫酸镁提高强度的原因。
In this paper the authiors study systematically the inffuence of MgSO_4 on structure and peopertiies of plaster mixture with Kolin filler The experimental results show that the suitable amount of MgSO_4 are able to promote gelation of plaster solution, and reduce time interval of gelation between the first gelation and final gelation. And increase obviously the strenth of samples. The strengtherning cause of MgSO_4 is discussed in detail.
