摘要
本文介绍了用单片机制成的智能测温仪表的功能、结构及软硬件设计特点。通过实验,证明了将单片计算机应用于铸造生产过程中液态金属温度快速测量,可有效地扩展仪表功能,并提高了测试精度和使用可靠性。
A new meter made of the single chip microprocesser for the intelligence temperature measuring was developed. Its functions and structures as well as the software and havd—ware design features were introduced. Through experiments, it is proved that the single chip micro—precessor can be used for the quick temperature testing of molten metal in the foundry production. The newly developed meter has performance of high testing accuracy and reliability.
