利用破碎硅铁合金残留下来的颗粒细料。在两次孕育处理的基础上进行第三次孕育,生产的球铁铸态性能:σ_b>450N/mm^2、δ>17％。

The as—cast ductile was produced by instantaneous inoculation after post inoculation using the fine ferrosilicon particle which was collected from inoculator preparation. The mechanical properties of as-cast ductile can reach σ_b>450N/mm^2, σ>17％.
